We are proud to have hosted the 2023 Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS) conference on the 24th and 25th of March 2023!
The conference was a huge success, bringing together distinguished professionals from different fields to engage in thoughtful discussions on the theme of “connection”. We had several renowned keynote speakers, including Valerie Hannon, Julia Marton-Lefevre, and Jenny Ebermann, who shared their insights and experiences on how to strengthen connections and foster collaboration within the education sector.
The conference featured around 50 workshops covering a range of pertinent topics such as intercultural learning, empowering new generations, gender equality, mental health, climate change, and developing 21st century skills. These workshops provided participants with opportunities to delve deeper into issues that impact education and explore innovative solutions to address them.
We are honored to have brought together such a talented group of educators and thought leaders. The conference provided an excellent opportunity for participants to connect and share ideas with colleagues from across Switzerland and beyond.
